When Sara arrived at Greysolon Ballroom on the morning of July 16th, looking tan and glowy, there was nothing left for her to do. Nothing left but to drink in the moments of a day so filled with happiness that it left her breathless.

Every detail was attended to, every place card, every napkin, every pink rose, every sequined tablecloth. Everything that represented the shared happiness of the Johnson and Lien families, it was all there. Perfectly arranged by the amazing staff Northland Special Events, guests were awed and delighted at every turn.

Sara and Matt chose their best friends and close relatives to stand with them as they pledged to love each other fiercely and forever, as they said yes to a lifetime of adventure and togetherness, as they celebrated with Greek dancing, champagne, and a photo booth full of fun.

What Sara and Matt share is more than just their amazing taste and astonishing good looks. What they share is a real love. The kind that stands strong through the storms you know will come one day, though the sky seems cloudless.

The kind that says, “Today and every day, I choose you.”

The kind of love that knows that the Cinderella celebration of July 16, 2016, is not the end of the planning process, it’s just the beginning of a lifetime of sweetness.
